Pick Up Routes
PICK UP ROUTES FOR DAY TRIPS AND TOURS
Here at Access Travel, we want to make your journey with us as smooth and easy as possible. For every trip, we will provide you with a travel ticket with your designated pick-up point and pick-up time. These are vitally important to aid in the smooth running to the day trip/tour. We ask, if possible, that you could be at the pick-up point 5 minutes before the timed departure.
We aim to stick to the timings as much as we can, but aspects out of our control such as traffic can cause the driver to be delayed. We will endeavour to contact customers waiting for a vehicle to arrive of any major delays. Likewise, if you find you are delayed please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to let the driver know and see what options are available. We, unfortunately, can't hold the vehicle for a prolonged period of time and as a guide, leave around 5 minutes after scheduled pick-up time in order to keep the trip/tour on-time.
Pick Up Routes Guide
For your convenience, we have included the table below to enable you to work out your indicted pick up time. The pick-up time, as always, will be on your ticket. To work out your pick up time, take the brochure time for the trip/tour you're interested in (which is always the Oxted Coach Yard time), and add/subtract the number of minutes indicated in the table for the relevant route. Also indicated are the coach transfer points (#) and the scheduled last pick up point (*).
